PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Daniel gives notice of a public hearing on Wed., April 17, 2024, at 7:00 PM  at 55 South 500 East Conference Room B, Heber City, UT to receive comments about recommendations from the Planning Commission to the Town Council to address an application for a potential Daniel Town Code text change regarding accepting and/or amending the code to allow for commercial condominiums in the Commercial Zone in the Town of Daniel. The Town of Daniel Municipal Code is available on the Town website www.danielutah.org or by calling Kim Crittenden at 435-654-5062. Comments and/or concerns may also be submitted by email at clerk@danielutah.org or mailed to 1375 South Daniel Road, Suite 8, Heber City, UT  84032. Submitted comments must be received at least 48 hours before the public hearing.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Daniel is giving notice about a public hearing seeking public comment on Wed., April 17, 2024, at 55 South 500 East Conference Room B, Heber City, UT, for recommendations from the Planning Committee to the Town Council for a zone change application for the Keele property located at 2530 South Daniel Road.  The property currently contains a split of RA-5 (parcel # 20-4319) and Industrial Zone (parcel # 20-4320) and the petitioner seeks for the property to become an all-inclusive Industrial Zone property. Notices of the zone change will be mailed to all property owners within 500 Ft., however, the Town of Daniel welcomes comments from all neighbors.
