April 20, 2022 Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permit

RE: Conditional Use Permit at 781 West 3000 South in the RA-5 zone

NOTICE is hereby given that the Daniel Town Planning Commission has received a Conditional Use Permit application from Ryan Simpson, who is the owner of the property. The conditional use is requesting an accessory building over 1500 sq ft.

The above meeting will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building located at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah, as part of the regular monthly Daniel Town Planning meeting.  It is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal.  Notice of this public hearing is also posted on the Utah Public Notice website and printed in The Wasatch Wave.

Town Code requires that the notification of a conditional permit be provided to all affected property owners at least 3 days prior to the first public hearing on the issue. This notice has also been sent to property owners within 500’ of the subject property.  Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested.
