Daniel Planning Meeting Minutes

A quorum is present: Chairman Bunker and Commissioners McAllister, Weight, Norris, Skinner were present. Clerk/Recorder Mary Snyder present for minutes, Keary Stephens excused.
Members of the public in attendance: Ryan Taylor

1. Public Comment concerning any issue not on the Agenda:
No Comments.

2. Conditional Use in Town Code:
Chairman Bunker indicated that the Town Council has approved the amended changes recommended by the Planning Commission.

3. Planner Report:
Neff agriculture building/barn site plan and application have been reviewed.

Meet with a developer in reference to property along Highway 189. They are looking to possibly annex to the Town.

Ryan Taylor stated that he was contact by an individual that would like to develop the ground near the Daniel Municipal water tank and wanting to know if it would be possible to annex into the Town.

Two (2) excavation permits have been issued for gas line for the Bangerter’s and Witt’s properties.

Commission McAllister asked about an update on the Kohler/Webb properties. Chairman Bunker stated that the County needs to sign off with the corrections that were presented and then the Town needs to complete the milar.

4. Minutes Approval for September 2019:
Commissioner Norris made a motion to approve the September 2019 minutes, seconded by Commissioner Weight. All members in favor.

5. Adjourn:
Commissioner Weight made a motion to adjourn at 7:23 PM, seconded by Commissioner McAllister. All members in favor.
