CORRECTION TO PREVIOUS POST OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ON OCTOBER 4, 2023
The Town of Daniel gives corrected notice of a public hearing on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, during the Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 S 500 E, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to allow for public comment in consideration of recommendations from the Planning Commission to the Town Council for several changes to the Daniel Town Code Titles 1, 3, and 8. Possible changes to the Daniel Town Land Use Plan and Policies and Procedures, as allowed by changes to the State of Utah Code, may or may not be discussed as regular agenda items. The Planning Commission Agenda will be posted on the Town of Daniel Website, Utah Public Notice Websites, and outside of the Town of Daniel Office no later than Tuesday, October 17th, as required. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. The Town of Daniel gives notice of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, during the Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 S 500 E, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah. Discussions will include, but are not limited to, changes to The Daniel Town Code Titles 3 and 8, possible adoption of an Agricultural Protection Area in all zones, and changes to the fee schedule for Agricultural Building Permits as per Utah State Code.
