PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN OF DANIEL CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR PARCEL # 20-4314

The Town of Daniel gives notice of public hearings to be held on Wed. Nov. 16, 2022, during the Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 S 500 E, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah. The Public hearings are the subject of parcel # 20-4314 owned by the Keith Scott Coleman Trust.  The first public hearing will be to discuss approval for a Conditional Use Permit for a 75′  industrial structure. The second public is for a Conditional Use Permit to allow CMC Ready Mix LLC  to construct a concrete batch plant in the Town of Daniel Industrial Zone. Public comments and questions are welcome during the public hearings. Comments may also be emailed to clerk@danielutah.org or mailed to 1375 Daniel Rd. Suite 8, Heber City, UT  84032.  Notices have been be sent to property owners within 500′ of the subject property.
