NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RE: Rezoning of Property located at 1680 West 3000 South from RA-5 to Commercial (C)

NOTICE is hereby given that the Daniel Town Council will be holding a Public Hearing at 6:00 PM on March 7, 2022, to review a request to rezone approximately 5 acres from the RA-5 zone to the Commercial (C) zone.  The rezoning request is being made by David Gebo, who is the owner of the property located at 1680 West 3000 South in Daniel, Utah, parcel number 0020-4532.  Regulations and permitted uses in the Commercial Zone are addressed by Daniel Municipal Code Chapter 8.10, which can be accessed on the Daniel Town website danielutah.org.

The above meeting will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building located at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah, as part of the regular monthly Daniel Town Council meeting.  It is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal.  Notice of this public hearing is also posted on the Daniel Town website, danielutah.org., and the State Public Notice Website, as well as in The Wasatch Wave.
