Short Title: Resolution approving amendments to the Daniel Town Budget for Fiscal Year 2010-11

Purpose: The purpose of this resolution is to approve and adopt the proposed amended budget presented in the Public Hearing June 6, 2011.

Resolution: Whereas the legislative body of Town of Daniel, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, having reviewed, considered and adopted a budget prepared by the budget officer of the Town of Daniel, having held a public hearing for public comment prior to the final budget adoption, and having adopted the budget, do hereby wish to amend the adopted budget for fiscal year 2010-11. The proposed amended budget was available for public inspection, and the public hearing was properly noticed and public comment solicited and considered.

Be it resolved, accepted, approved, and ordained by the governing legislative body of the Town of Daniel that the Town of Daniel, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereby adopts this amended Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. A copy of this amended budget is attached.
