Short Title: Authorization to hire attorney services for coordination effort

Resolution: Whereas, the Daniel Town Council as the duly elected governing body of the Town of Daniel, in our capacity and duty to care for the public safety and health of our constituents, the economic stability of our community, and the sound environment and condition of the ecosystem within the community,

Do hereby, resolve and approve that the mayor of the Town of Daniel is authorized to hire professional legal services to be utilized in the coordination process regarding any and all state and federal agencies that in any way attempt to alter the source or quality of drinking or agricultural irrigation water utilized within the Town of Daniel.
