Short Title: Culinary Water Improvement Bid Awards

Purpose: To approve BID AWARD for the 2010 Daniel Municipal culinary water improvement project

Resolution:
Whereas, Town of Daniel through its engineering firm Epic Engineering has complied with Utah state law by publishing notices to bid twice in the Wasatch Wave in the month of August, 2010,

Whereas, Town of Daniel received and opened the competitive sealed bid proposals submitted by qualified bidders in a public forum,

Whereas, acting upon a recommendation by Epic Engineering that the Daniel Town Council award contracts to a certain bidder,

The Daniel Town Council approves and recommends that the following company be awarded a contract based upon its bids and qualifications for the 2010 Daniel Municipal culinary water improvement project.
