Short Title: Resolution approving Daniel Town General Operations Budget amendments for Fiscal Year 2009-10

Purpose: The purpose of this resolution is to approve and adopt the proposed general operating budget amendments as presented in the Public Hearing June 7, 2010
Resolution: Whereas the legislative body of Town of Daniel, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, having reviewed, considered and adopted a proposed amended budget prepared by the budget officer of the Town of Daniel, has held a public hearing for public comment prior to the final budget adoption. The public hearing was properly noticed and public comment solicited and considered.

Be it resolved, accepted, approved, and ordained by the governing legislative body of the Town of Daniel that the Town of Daniel, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereby adopts this amended Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. A copy of this budget is attached as Exhibit A.
