Short Title: Emergency Response Plan
Purpose: To adopt an emergency response plan to be used by Daniel Municipal Water

Resolution: Although the Daniel Municipal Water system is not required to adopt an Emergency Response Plan because it does not serve more than 3,300 people,

Whereas Daniel Municipal Water would like to comply with the Utah Division of Drinking Water’s recommendation that all public drinking water systems to adopt an Emergency Response Plan,

Therefore the Daniel Town Council resolves to adopt the attached Emergency Response Plan for Daniel Municipal Water and further resolves to update and improve the plan as the improvements to the system are made.
