Short Title: Water Conservation Plan
Purpose: To adopt a Water Conservation Plan for Daniel Municipal Water

Resolution: Whereas Town of Daniel has accepted the Daniel Domestic Water Company as a municipal water system as of December 2008,
And whereas, The Utah Division of Drinking Water has required that Daniel Municipal Water as a public drinking water system adopt a Water Conservation Plan,
The Daniel Town Council hereby resolves to approve and adopt a Water Conservation Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto.
