Short Title: 2021 Daniel Town Meeting Schedules

Purpose: The purpose of this ordinance is to adopt a 2021 meeting schedule for the Daniel Town Council, Planning Commission, and Board of Appeals.

Ordinance: Be it ordained by the governing legislative body of the Town that:

Meetings will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building located at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah, and/or potential electronic meetings.

Except for September meeting, which will be held on the second Monday of the month due to federal holidays, the monthly Town Council meetings shall be held on the first Monday of each month at 6:00 PM.

The Daniel Planning Commission meetings will be held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM. The Board of Appeals will meet on the first or second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM as needed.

The published schedule is subject to change by Town officers due to unforeseeable circumstances and will expire on December 31, 2021. Any Town officers are hereby authorized to provide notice of the schedule, meetings, meeting cancellations and/or meeting date changes, and agendas for such meetings in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. A copy of the schedule is attached to this ordinance.

(first Monday of the month, except for September due to Federal Holiday, which will be held second Monday of the month).

*Anyone requesting to be on the agenda for the following dates should submit their request to the Planning Department no later than the 1st of the month in which the meeting will be held.

DANIEL TOWN BOARD OF APPEALS DATES: First or Second Tuesday of each month as needed, at 7:00 PM. Meeting room to be announced.
