PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE-
The Town of Daniel is giving notice of a public hearing during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wed Dec. 20, 2024, at 7 pm and the Town Council Meeting on Mon., Jan. 6, 2025, at 6 pm, at 55 South 500 East Conference Room B, Heber City, UT. Public comments will be heard in consideration of a Zone Change Application submitted by Edward and Lisa Houston for parcel #20-4498 (3300 South HWY 40) from RA-5 to Commercial. Notices of the public hearing for the zone change have been mailed to all property owners within 500 Ft., however, the Town of Daniel welcomes comments from all neighbors. Comments and/or concerns may also be submitted by email to clerk@danielutah.org or mailed to 1375 South Daniel Road, Suite 8, Heber City, UT 84032. Submitted comments must be received at least 48 hours before the public hearing.
