The meeting was called to order by Mike Duggin.
#1 Ratification of Minutes
Motion: Dan Harvath
To accept the minutes and enter into public record
Second: Lambert Deegan
Passed
#2 Town of Daniel adopted Wasatch County Title 16. We are
Renaming it Title 8.
Looked at codes from a town approx same size as Daniel
Springdale – Title 10
The Mayor and the Council went thru the entire body of
Titles and codes line by line and amended as needed (replaced
All applicable references to Town of Daniel, Daniel
Planning Review Board, Town Manager, etc)
Individual codes were debated and changed according to
The thumbs up or thumbs down vote from the Council.
Public comment on the Titles and Codes was heard.
Title 8.07.04 was amended to “lot area minimum of 5.0 acres gross and 4.6 Acres after dedication.
Eric Bunker read a recommendation from the Planning Board asking that the Council consider
5 acre net.
The recommendation was discussed.
Title 27.15 regarding flag lots was continued to the next
Meeting.
Motion: Lambert Deegan
To adopt as discussed and realigned the entire
Title body with appendixes. Effective date June 5,
2006.

To adopt Epic Engineering as Town Engineer
Second: Dan Harvath
Passed
Epic Engineering will speak to the Daniel Planning
Review Board regarding their services. The Mayor
Will sign the contract after that meeting.

Nominate John Blotter to fill the Council seat vacated
By Lambert Deegan.
Second: Dan Harvath
