The Daniel Planning Commission will join the Town Council in their regular monthly meeting on September 11, 2017 at 6:00 PM to discuss a possible zone change from RA-5 to Commercial at 1822 West 3000 South in Daniel.  The hearing will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Room 126, Heber City, Utah.  After the public hearing the Council may consider an ordinance to effectuate the zone change.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing and voice their concerns.  Comments may be directed to Eric Bunker at ericbunker@danielutah.org, Mayor Turner at chipturner@danielutah.org, or the Clerk’s office at lynneshindurling@danielutah.org.  Individuals needing special accommodations should contact the clerk at least 24 hour prior to the hearing time at (435) 654-5062.
