Town Council Quorum: Mayor Chip Turner, Council members, John Glodowski, Eric Bunker, Jon Blotter and Stefanie Grady. Clerk Mary Snyder excused.
Member of public: Shelley Bunker, Merry Duggin, Ryan Taylor, Blaine Smith, Johnny Wetsel, Heber Taylor, Jodi Taylor, Dan Brown, and Pam Skinner.
Meeting called to order at 6:00PM.
1) PUBLIC COMMENT:
2) PUBLIC HEARING: 2018-19 amended budget: DR 2019-06-03 (C)
Council member Blotter made a motion to end Public Session, seconded by Council member Bunker. All members in favor.
Council member Glodowski made a motion to adopt the amended budget with a few clarifications, seconded by Council member Bunker. Mayor Turner, Council members Grady, Bunker and Glodowski in favor and Council member Blotter opposed.
3) PUBLIC HEARING: Adopt FY 2019-20 Budget: DR 2019-06-03 (D)
Council member Bunker made a motion to enter the Public Hearing, seconded by Council member Glodowski. All members in favor.
Council member Glodowski made a motion to adopt the FY 2019-20 budget to include changing the misc. item to $1000 and Administration engineering to $35,000, seconded by Council member Grady. Mayor Turner, Council members Grady, Bunker and Glodowski in favor and Council member Blotter opposed.
Council member Blotter motioned to end the Public Hearing, seconded by Council member Grady. All members in favor.
Council member Blotter made a motion to approve FY 2019-20 Budget resolution DR 219-06-03 (D), seconded by Council member Grady. All members in favor.
4) FIREWORKS and OPEN FLAME RESTRICTION RESOLUTION: DR 2019-06-03 (B)
Council member Grady made a motion to adopt the Fireworks and Open Flame Restriction, seconded by Council member Glodowski. Mayor Turner, Council members Grady, Glodowski and Bunker in favor, Council member Blotter opposed.
5) BUSINESS LICENSES: New & Renewals:
NEW: Wasatchback Rentals, waiting to complete their approvals before a new license can be issued to this business.
Council member Bunker made a motion to continue Wasatchback Rentals to next month, seconded by Council member Grady. All members in favor.
High Mountain Waste Management applicant is currently in the process of requesting a zone change.
Council member Bunker made the motion to notify the applicant, his attorney and continue High Mountain Management to next month to make a motion, seconded by Council member Grady. All members in favor.
RENEWALS: Suburban Propane and Simpson Fence

10) APPROVAL of COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES: May 6, 2019 and May 15, 2019
Council member Blotter made a motion to approve May 6, 2019 meeting minutes and This was seconded by Council member Bunker. Mayor Tuner, Council member Bunker, Glodowski, Blotter approve and Council member Grady abstain.
Council member Grady made a motion to approve the May 15, 2019 meeting minutes; seconded by Council member Glodowski. Mayor Tuner, Council member Glodowski, Blotter, Grady approve, Council member Bunker abstain.
11) RECORDER’S OFFICE: Warrants approval, announcements, ect:
Council member Blotter made a motion to approve the warrants. This was seconded by Council member Grady. All members in favor.
Council member Glodowski made a motion to go into closed session for legal reasons, seconded by Council member Grady. All members in favor.
12) POSSIBLE CLOSED SESSION: Legal issues, Property acquisition
Council member Glodowski made a motion to end closed session and return to regular session, seconded by Council member Blotter. All members in favor.
13) ADJOURN:
Council member Glodowski made a motion to adjourn at 8:42PM, seconded by Council member Blotter. All members in favor.
