2) Discussion of applicants for Planning Commission seats and consideration of Daniel     Resolution  2022-01-19 appointing members to seats 4, 5, 6, 7 of the Planning Commission
3) Discussion of annual Fraud Risk Assessment
4) Clerk’s Office: Approval of December 6, 2021 minutes, announcements, etc.
5) Adjourn and move to 7:00 PM joint meeting
