Daniel Planning Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, September 15, at 7:00 PM
Wasatch County Services Building, Room 126
55 South 500 East, Heber City, UT

A quorum is present: Chairman Bunker and Commissioners Bennett, Weight, Norris were present. Commissioners Rawlings, Skinner, McAllister excused.
Members of the public in attendance: John Glodowski, Ryan Taylor, Shelly Bunker. Secretary Keary Stephens.

1) Public Comment:

No Comments

2) Beveridge – Building Permit in Ridgeview Subdivision:

Questions on the walkout basement and the septic. If there is a garbage and weed plan in place.

Commissioner Bennet moved to approve the Building Permit for Beveridge. Commissioner Norris seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

3) MD & Associates. Deed Restriction Draft:

It needs to be more definition of the 50% usage. There are details that are missing in the description. It needs to define the boundaries better. It needs to say, “they can’t subdivide without approval”.

4) Planner Report:

Mary Snider, Daniel Town Secretary, has resigned. Mayor Chip Turner has resigned. There are openings on the Planning Commission and for Water Operator. Val Davis and Gary Walton have retired.

5) Approval for Minutes of August 18, 2021:

Commissioner Weight moved to approve the minutes of August 18, 2021.
Commissioner Norris Seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion Carried.

6) Adjournment:

Commissioner Bennett moved to adjourn the meeting of September 15, 2021. Commissioner Weight seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion Carried.
