The Daniel Town Council and Planning Commission will continue a public hearing, which began on September 12, 2016 at 6:00 PM, on October 3, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Complex, 55 South 500 East, Room 126, Heber City, Utah.  The Council would like to have the public’s input on the current Home Occupation Code 8.25 in the Daniel Municipal Code for possible revision and passage of new code language by ordinance.  A copy of the code as it exists can be found on the left under Code and Ordinances, the top line item labeled Home Occupation Code 8.25 for Public Hearing.  Download the code and you will see in red suggested changes the Council and Planning Commission are considering.  Town officials would like input from business license holders and concerned citizens to further refine the language to be contained in this section of the Daniel Municipal Code.  We ask that all residents attend, invite family and friends who live within Daniel Town to give their input.
