A quorum is present: Chairman Bunker and Commissioners Rawlings, Weight, Skinner, Bennett, Norris were present. Commissioner McAllister absent.

Members of the public in attendance: Ryan Taylor with TO, Mike Johnson, Richard Hansen, Amelia Pays, Shelly Bunker. Secretary Keary Stephens.

1. Public Comments:
No comments.

2. Public Hearing – Cabrera conditional use for accessory structure over 1500 sq.ft. 429 W 3000 S:

Commissioner Skinner moved to Open the Public Hearing. Commissioner Rawlings seconded it. Roll call vote was taken. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.
Mike Johnson presents that they are building a garage that is a barn. It is a two-story structure. It will have a bathroom. It will have storage room, tack rooms, horse stalls.
This project has several verbal approvals from neighbors.
Commissioner Skinner moved to approve the conditional use for accessory structure. Commissioner Weight seconded it. Roll call vote was taken. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.
Commissioner Norris moved to close the public hearing. Commissioner Skinner Seconded it. Roll call vote was taken. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

3. Colton – Residential Building Permit 2580 South Ranch Drive. Update from November’s Meeting:

This permit has not been issued yet. The Items have not been corrected yet.

4. Planner Report:

We have been working with Bliss in Storm Haven and moving water lines. Sewer block in Storm Haven.

5. Minute Approval for November 18, 2020:

Commissioner Bennett moved to approve the minutes of November 18, 2020. Commissioner Weight seconded it. Roll call vote was taken. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

6. Adjournment:

Commissioner Skinner moved to adjourn the meeting of December 16, 2020. Commissioner Norris seconded it.
