A quorum is present: Chairman Bunker and Commissioners Rawlings, Weight, Skinner, McAllister were present.
Members of the public in attendance: Ryan Taylor with GDA Engineers, Chip Turner, Russ Witt, Mike Johnson, Shelly Bunker. Secretary Keary Stephens.
1. Public Comment:

No Comments

2. Highway 40 Agreement and Alignment:

They are still working with UDOT and Independence with getting highway
Access at 20.

3. Subdivision Approval – Armstrong/Witt:

They are looking to get a process approval. They want to know of any legal issues to address preliminary approval. They are working with Rusty Mair on property lines. They have deeded Wolstenholme’s the driveway realignment with new power and water lines for the driveway. They are connecting sewer to Twin Creeks by going under the highway for the connection.

Commissioner Weight moved to approve the preliminary Concept Approval: Commissioner Rawlings seconded it: Roll Call Vote: For: Commissioners Weight, Rawlings, Skinner, and McAllister: Vote was unanimous. Motion Carried.
4. Discussion Daniel Irrigation – Pipe Location:

This is still in negotiations and has not been signed by the irrigation company.

5. Planner Report and Update:

We have several applications that are out. The Wild one, we are still waiting to hear back from on a few of the clarifications. The Bushes have decided to move their house.

6. Approval of Planning Meeting Minutes for February 19, 2020:

Commissioner Rawlings moved to approve the Minutes for the meeting of February 19, 2020: Commissioner Weight seconded it: Roll Call Vote: For: Commissioners Weight, Skinner, McAllister and Rawlings. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

7. Adjourn:

Commissioner McAllister moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Weight Seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion Carried.
