Daniel Planning Meeting Minutes

A quorum is present: Chairman Bunker and Commissioners Norris, Rawlings, Skinner and McAllister were present. Commissioner Weight was excused.
Members of the public in attendance: Ryan Taylor of GDA Engineering, Jamie McAllister. Secretary Keary Stephens.

1) Public Comment on any issue not on the Agenda:

No public comments. It was stated that Commissioner Binkerd has resigned from the board.

2) Troy Anderson – Conditional Use for Church in an RA-5 Zone:

There isn’t any information on this at this point. Until Mr. Anderson formally withdraws his application it will remain on the agenda.

3) Conditional Uses:

Permitted Principal uses in the (P-160) Preservation Zone.
Section 8.05.03 Conditional Uses:
Take out:
1906 Grouping of Residential Lots.
4910 Underground Pipeline Right of Way and Pressure Control Stations.
7520 Group or Organized Camps.
8510 Metal Ore Mining.
8405 Fishing Activities for Personal Use Only.
4) Planner Report:

We are working on Conditional Uses in all Zones. Jack Rose and Ryan Simpson, Ag permits issued. Joe Witt, Sports arena, Robert Armstrong, Waterline extension on Mill Road.

5) Minute Approval for May 15, 2019:

Commissioner McAllister moved to approve the minutes of May 15, 2019. Commissioner Norris seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

6) Adjournment:

Commissioner Norris moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner McAllister seconded. Vote was unanimous. Motion Carried
