1. Public Comment concerning any issue not on the agenda.
No comments.

2. Neff Residence – South Field Road.
They are still completing a few items on the list. We need to check the plans on code for height.
Commissioner Weight moved to approve Neff Residence subject to the items listed in theGDA Engineering Report with emphases on the complete site plan and verification that the height of the building is within code. Commissioner McAllister seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

3. Highway 40 Property – Zone Change (Mark McAllister).
Commissioner McAllister moved to continue this item to the next agenda. Commissioner Rawlings seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

4. Planner report.
Mountain Land approved for 250,000.00 grant for water improvement.

5. Annexation of existing parcels along boundaries.
Properties between Heber and Daniel. Needing to clean up the boundaries.
Commissioner Weight moved to recommend to the council to consider annexation of existing parcels along the north boundary that are split between county and Daniel. Motion died due to lack of seconded.

Commissioner McAllister moved to continue this item to the next agenda. Commissioner Weight seconded it. Commissioners McAllister, Weight, Aye. Commissioner Rawlings Nay. Motion failed.

6. Approval of February 21, 2018 minutes.
Commissioner McAllister motion to approve the minutes of February 21, 2018. Commissioner Weight seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

7. Motion to Adjourn.
Commissioner Weight moved to adjourn the meeting of March 21, 2018. Commissioner Rawlings Seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.
