November 6, 2023 Public Notice for Public Hearing

PUBLIC NOTICEPUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER CHANGES TO  THE TOWN OF DANIEL MUNICIPAL CODE
The Town of Daniel gives notice of a public hearing on Monday, November 6, 2023, during the Daniel Town Council Meeting at 6:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 S 500 E, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah.  The purpose of the public hearing is to allow for public comment in consideration of recommendations from the Planning Commission to the Town Council for several changes to the Town of Daniel Municipal Code.  Discussions will include, but are not limited to, changes to The Daniel Town Code Titles 1,3, and 8,  Board of Appeals procedures, adoption of a water efficiency standards ordinance, and changes to the fee schedule for Agricultural Building Permits,  as per Utah State Code.  If you are unable to attend the public hearing, comments and questions may be submitted by email to clerk@danielutah.org, mailed to 1375 Daniel Rd. Suite 8, Heber City, UT  84032, or by calling the Town of Daniel Office at 435-654-5062 at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing.
