The Daniel Town Council has passed Resolution DR-2016-01-04B providing a new unpaved road standard within the Town.  It can be found in the current code at Section 8.32.07(3).  The Planning Commission and Council worked hard in coming up with this standard in order to provide division of large parcels of land into the minimum 5-acre lots with less than the required road frontage under the old standards.
