The Town of Daniel gives notice of a second public hearing to be held on Monday, May 1, 2023, during the Town Council Meeting at 6:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 S 500 E, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is consideration of a zone change for the Ellis Subdivision parcel #s 20-2403 and 20-4525. Notice will be sent to property owners within 500′ of the subject property. Public comments and questions are welcome during the public hearing. Comments and questions may also be emailed to
