TOWN OF DANIEL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGThe Town of Daniel gives notice of a public hearing to be held on June 15, 2022, during the Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is for a Conditional Use Permit for a limited therapeutic equine program to be held in the RA-5 zone at the Charchenko residence at 3400 S. Big Hollow Rd, Daniel, Utah. Notice has been sent to property owners within 500′ of the subject property.
