Short Title: Resolution adopting the initial certified tax rate for real property tax in Town of Daniel for the Tax Year 2009

Resolution:
Be it hereby resolved by the Daniel Town Council:

That a tax rate of _________is hereby levied on all taxable property lying within the corporate limits of the Town of Daniel for the tax year 2009 for the purpose of providing for General Fund revenue for the Town of Daniel, Utah, a municipal corporation, in the State of Utah.

And be it further resolved that the Town Recorder is hereby directed to send a copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Wasatch County so that this levy can be placed on the tax rolls and collected according to law.

And further, the Town Recorder will affix a copy of the Tax Rate Summary Report 693 which will certify the above tax rate adopted for 2009 to this resolution after it has been signed by the mayor and county auditor.
