• Planning Department report
• Approval of Council meeting minutes of August 4, 2014
• Daniel Municipal Water issues as necessary
• Public hearing on the application for a conditional use permit at approx. 975 West 3000 South for an events facility
• Discussion of preliminary work on impact fee study
• Recorder’s office: Warrant approval, announcements, etc.
• Possible closed session to discuss the acquisition or lease of real property
• Adjourn
