- Recommendation from Planning Commission on Ritchie small scale subdivision at approx. 450 West 3000 South
- Daniel Municipal Water items as necessary
- Approval of Council meeting minutes of September 8, 2014 and Public Hearing minutes of same date
- Update on impact fee study
- Quarterly update on 2014-15 budget by clerk/recorder Lynne Shindurling

- Continued discussion of code enforcement, possible closed session
- Possible closed session to discuss the acquisition or lease of real property
