Zone Change Application
The Town of Daniel is giving notice about a continued public hearing seeking public comment at the Planning Commission Meeting on Oct. 23, 2024, at 7:00 PM for a Zone Change Application for TH Land.
A public hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting on Monday, Nov. 4, at 6 PM, at 55 South 500 East Conference Room B, Heber City, UT,
Notices of the of the public hearings for the zone change have been mailed to all property owners within 500 Ft., however, the Town of Daniel welcomes comments from all neighbors. The Town of Daniel Code can be viewed at.danielutah.org under Town Codes or by contacting Kim Crittenden, Clerk/Recorder at 435-654-5062 office or (801) 834-8880 cell. Comments and/or concerns may also be submitted by email at clerk@danielutah.org or mailed to 1375 South Daniel Road, Suite 8, Heber City, UTÂ 84032. Submitted comments must be received at least 48 hours before the public hearings.
