Daniel Planning Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 7.00 P.M
Wasatch County Services Building, Room 126
55 South 500 East, Heber City, UT

A quorum is present: Chairman Bunker and Commissioners McAllister, Weight, Norris, Skinner, Binkard were present. Commissioner Rawlings was excused.
Members of the public in attendance: Ryan Taylor, Stephanie Grady, Jalayne Bassett, Steve Webb, Bret Webb, Mona Webb, Jeremy Clark, Shelly Bunker, Secretary Keary Stephens.

1. Public Comment concerning any issue not on the Agenda.
No Comments.

2. Webb Property – Susan Kohler Representative for Webb Trust.
There is still the issue that the access does not meet code. Frontage is still an issue. We need correct information. We need to know when the lots were split up. The Commission is bound by the Town Codes.
Commissioner Skinner moved to continue this at the next agenda on February 20, 2019. Commissioner Weight seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

3. Troy Anderson – Conditional use for Church in the RA-5 Zone.
Mr. Anderson was not present.

4. Leifson Family Trust Residential Building Permit. 4748 Cove Lane (Storm Haven)
Permit Application is not complete. It is missing the plot plan.

5. Planner Report.
Jeremy Clark presented to the Council a proposal to annex in to the Town of Daniel a piece of property on Little Sweden Road and Duke Lane. He would like to make them into one acre lots with part of it being commercial. There was an earlier discussion on it. It would bring the sewer lines closer to Daniel.

What to charge for permits? It can be extended but they need to pay the difference of 10% per year 3, 4 and 5.

6. Minute approval for December 19, 2018.
Commissioner Weight moved to approve the minutes of December 19, 2018. Commissioner Binkard seconded it. Vote was Unanimous. Motion carried.

7. Adjourn.
Commissioner Weight moved to adjourn the meeting of January 16, 2018. Commissioner Norris seconded it. Vote was Unanimous. Motion carried.
