The Town Council will join the Planning Commission at their regular monthly meeting on April 19, 2017 at 7:00 PM to discuss a possible zone change from RA-5 to Commercial at 2850 South Highway 40 in Daniel.  The hearing will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Room 126, Heber City, Utah.  After the public hearing the Council may consider an ordinance to effectuate the zone change.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend to voice any concerns.  Comments may also be sent to Eric Bunker at 1822 W. 3000 South, Daniel, Utah, or emailed to ericbunker@danielutah.org.  Individuals needing special accommodations may contact Lynne Shindurling at least 24 hours prior to the hearing time at 435-654-5062.
