Combined Planning Commission and Town Council Meeting May 17, 2017

The next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting will also involve the Town Council.  The meeting will be held on May 17, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building located at 55 South 500 East, Heber City, Utah, in Room 126. The first hour from six to seven will be a work meeting to further discuss revision of Home Occupation Code 8.25.  A Public Hearing will follow around 7:00 PM in relation to a boundary line adjustment between the towns of Charleston and Daniel as a consequence of an annexation petition filed with Charleston Town.  The full agenda can be found to the left under Planning Agendas.  Once published, the Planning Commission reserves the right to change the order of the agenda items.  For those interested in the 8.25 Code discussion, you may email the clerk at if you wish to obtain a copy of materials being reviewed by the Council and Commission.
