  4. Storm Haven Water issues as necessary
  5. Daniel Municipal Water items as needed
  6. Discussion of change of ownership of driveway for McCombs property, Poppy Lane
  7. Business license applicants
  8. Discussion of newly constructed roads within subdivisions, public versus private
  9. Recommendation letter from Planning Commission re application for rezone from RA-5 to commercial on Bunker property at 1822 West 3000 South, setting of Public Hearing
  10. Planning Department report, violations and enforcement
  11. Discussion of the process within Daniel to obtain a building permit, ways to perhaps expedite the system
  12. Continued discussion of the Mountainland Association of Governments’ Pre-Disaster Hazard Mitigation Plan
