A one-year moratorium for new water connections was placed on the Storm Haven Water system by the Planning Commission and Daniel Town Council on April 19, 2017 in a joint meeting.  The existing well and storage tank are only capable of producing enough water to serve the existing connections and upgrades are needed to allow additional meters on the system.
