SECOND PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF DANIELTown Council Seats ElectionThe Town of Daniel hereby gives notice that there are (2) Town Council seats to be elected in the November 2023 Municipal Election. The seats will be elected to serve 4-year terms from 2024-28.
Applicants must be registered voters and also be residents of the Town of Daniel for at least one year (Utah State Code 20A-9-203) prior to filing the application. The candidate filing period begins June 1, 2023, and runs through June 7, 2023. Declaration of Candidacy forms must be filed in person with Town of Daniel Clerk/Recorder Kim Crittenden at 1375 S Daniels Rd, # 8, Heber City, Utah during extended office hours on weekdays from 9 AM- 5 PM from June 1st -June 7th.For further information please contact Kim Crittenden at 435-654-5062 or by email clerk@danielutah.org.
