Town Council Seats Election

The Town of Daniel hereby gives notice that there are (2) Town Council seats to be elected in the November 2023 Municipal Election. The seats will be elected to serve 4-year terms from 2024-28.

Applicants must be registered voters and also be residents of the Town of Daniel for at least one year (Utah State Code 20A-9-203) prior to filing the application. The candidate filing period begins June 1, 2023, and runs through June 7, 2023. Declaration of Candidacy forms must be filed in person with Town of Daniel Clerk/Recorder Kim Crittenden at 1375 S Daniels Rd, # 8, Heber City, Utah during extended office hours on weekdays from 9 AM- 5 PM from June 1st -June 7th.

PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF DANIEL

Board of Appeals Open Seats

The Town of Daniel hereby gives notice that three (3) seats are available on the Board of Appeals and are seeking letters of interest from Daniel Town residents interested in serving on the Board of Appeals. Board of Appeal seats are appointed positions. Interested parties must be registered voters and Daniel Town residents for at least one year prior to submission. Letters of interest may be mailed to or dropped off at the Town of Daniel office at 1375 South Daniel Rd. #8, Heber City, UT  84032, or submitted by email to the Town Clerk/Recorder at clerk@danielutah.org. All Letters of Interest must be RECEIVED in the Town office by 3 PM on Friday, May 27, 2023, for consideration.
