A quorum is present: Chairman Eric Bunker, Commissioner Kim Norris, Commissioner John Glodowski, Commissioner Jaye Binkerd, Commissioner Gary Weight, Commissioner Blaine Smith is excused and Commissioner Barry Hobbs is absent
Ryan Taylor of Epic Engineering is present.
Public members present: Robert Armstrong, Josh Hansen, Dale Whimpey, Lorie Hobbs
Chairman Bunker called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.

Building permit for L.D.S. Church. (Daniel road area) A possible building permit issuance. (site plan approved at prior meeting)
The LDS Church submitted a full set of plans, site plans and building plans, for the Commissioners to study. They have complied with all the items on the list in the letter written by Ryan Taylor of Epic Engineering. They are still in the process of getting the lot split finalized.
Commissioner Weight moved to approve the building permit for the LDS Church subject to compliance with the three recommendations listed in Ryan Taylor’s Epic Engineering letter.
Commissioner Binkerd seconded the motion, the vote was unanimous and the motion carried.
West Star Subdivision Plat Amendment
Ryan Taylor of Epic Engineering submitted a letter explaining they have completed their first planning review for the propose West Star Subdivision amendment at 812 W 3000 S. One drawing was submitted showing the proposed amended subdivision. He listed three comments in the letter. Chairman Bunker is asking the Commissioners to forward this item to the Town Council for approval.
Commissioner Glodowski moved to forward this item to the Town Council along with the West Star Subdivision Plat Amendment #1 letter submitted by Epic Engineering. Commissioner Weight seconded the motion, the vote was unanimous and the motion carried.
Reasonable accommodations application recommendation to Town Council (Discussion on application requirements for granting a reasonable accommodation)
Commissioner Hobbs and his wife Lorie were asked to research and create a Daniel Town Reasonable Accommodation Code. Lorie brought a proposal for the Planning Commission to look over. She based the proposal on Provo’s town code. After studying the proposals the commissioners asked Lorie base our town code from the Provo code with a few modifications specific to Daniel Town. She will bring the newly written code to the April Planning meeting for their approval.
Council actions report
There is a discussion on the table about widening all of Daniels Road to 77 feet. Right now any part of the road within Heber City is 77 feet wide and any part of the road within Daniel is only 66 feet wide.

Approval of 16 Feb 2012 minutes
Commissioner Glodowski moved to approve the minutes of 16 Feb 2012. Commissioner Norris seconded the motion, the vote was unanimous and the motion carried.
