RE: Rezoning of Property located at 2879 S. Mill Road from RA-5 to Commercial
Notice is hereby given that the Daniel Town Planning Commission and Town Council will be holding a public hearing at approximately 7:00PM on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 3.85 acres from RA-5 zone to the commercial (c) zone. (Please see the attached map). The rezoning request is being made by Robert Armstrong and Shirley Rae Webb Huntsman, who are the owners of the property.
The above meeting will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building, located at 55 South 500 East, Room 126, Heber City, Utah, as part of the monthly Planning meeting. It is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal. Notice of this public hearing is also posted on the Daniel Website, as well as in the Wasatch Wave on June 6, 2018 and June 13, 2018.
State law required that notification of rezoning be provided to all affected property owners at least three days prior to the first public hearing on the issue. This notice has also been sent to property owners within 500’ of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested.
