PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF DANIEL
Mayor and Council members 2022-2026 TERM
Town of Daniel hereby gives notice that there are (3) seats to be elected in the November 2021 Municipal Election. The seats of Town Mayor and (2) Town Council members will be elected to serve a term of 4 years 2022-26.
Applicants must be a registered voter and a resident of the Daniel Town for at least one year (Utah State Code 20A-9-203). Candidates filing period begins June 1, 2021 and runs through June 7, 2021. Declaration of Candidacy forms must be filed in person with Recorder Mary Snyder at 1375 S Daniels Rd, Suite 8, Heber City, Utah during office hours.
