Meeting Minutes
Quorum Present: Council members: Mayor Chip Turner, Council members: Eric Bunker, Merry Duggin, John Glodowski, and Stefanie Grady
Members of the public in attendance: Ryan Taylor (TO- Engineers),
Meeting was called to order at 5:08 PM by Mayor Turner.
1. Public Comment concerning issues (limit 2 minutes)
None
2. AMENDED BUDGET FY 2020-2021:
No changes were made and will present at public hearing for additional input.
3. BUDGET FY 2021-2022:
Council reviewed the General Budget and Water budgets to create a tentative budget for presentation at the next council meeting.
Council member Duggin presented an analysis based on the prior four years warrants, giving recommendations of where monies could possibly be available to create the Public Works position.
4. SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY 2020-2021 AMENDED, FY 2021-2022 BUDGETS:
Council member Bunker made a motion to hold the public hearing for the budgets on June 7 at 6PM; seconded by Council member Glodowski.
FOR: Mayor Turner, Council members: Bunker, Glodowski, Duggin and Grady.
Council member Duggin made a motion to close regular session at 7:34 PM and go into closed session for imminent or pending legal issues. This was seconded by Council member Grady. FOR: Mayor Turner, Council members: Bunker, Glodowski, Duggin and Grady.
5. CLOSED SESSION: imminent and pending legal issues
Council member Glodowski made a motion to end closed session at 8:32 PM and return to regular session, seconded by Council member Duggin. FOR: Mayor Turner, Council members: Bunker, Glodowski, Duggin and Grady.
Council member Duggin asked Council member Bunker if he would consider recusing and excuse himself from the room for the re-visit of the Gebo public hearing and voting. Council member Bunker indicated that he would consider the recommendation.
6. ADJOURN:
Council member Duggin made a motion to adjourn at 8:37 PM, seconded by Council Member Grady. All members in favor.
