A quorum is present: Chairman Bunker and Commissioners Norris, McAllister, Weight were present. Commissioners Skinner, Waterman and Rawlings were excused.
Members of the public in attendance: Jeff Trimble, Shelly Bunker. Secretary Keary Stephens.

1. Public Comment Concerning any Issue not on the Agenda:

No comments.

2. Conditional Uses in Town Code:

Commercial Zone:
5154 Added Agriculture
5310 Department stores small scale – Deleted
7390 Amusements – Deleted
5310 Department stores large scale – Deleted

Commissioner Norris moved to send the Zoning Changes for a Public Hearing on October 7, 2019 at 6:00 PM. Commissioner McAllister Seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion Carried.

3. Planner Report.

Jeff Trimble was present and wanted the opinions of the council on what they would like to see on property on Highway 40.

The public hearing scheduled on the 4th has been moved to the 25th at the County Building at 6:00 PM.

4. Minute Approval for August 21, 2019:

Commissioner Weight moved to approve the minutes of August 21, 2019. Commissioner Norris seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.

5. Adjournment:

Commissioner Weight moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner McAllister seconded it. Vote was unanimous. Motion carried.
